When an learning opportunity arises we’ll send out and email to staff to be able to participate. We also encourage employees to do their research and look for opportunities for upcoming events. If possible we try to support the cost financially or equally share a split in fees and cost to make it feesable for employees to attend.
The Ministry of Education’s How Does Learning Happen? provides a range of resources to support professional learning for individuals, for teams and with others in the community.
