Fully licensed under Ontario's Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA), 2014, Kinder Learning Centres adhere to all provincial regulations, guidelines, and mandatory requirements. Our programs meet or exceed required staff-to-child ratios to ensure a safe and well-supervised environment.
We are subject to regular inspections and oversight by the Ministry of Education, as well as annual inspections conducted by the Ministry of Health and local Fire Department, ensuring ongoing compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

With 25 years of experience running and building successful daycares, Renae has established herself as a trusted authority in early childhood education. Her unwavering passion for educating children sets her apart as a nurturing and influential leader.
As a mother of two who have both become educators at her centres, Renae’s commitment to shaping young minds is a family affair. She is also a passionate nutrition coach and fitness competitor, bringing a commitment to whole-child wellness into everything she does.
Renae’s keen eye for daycare design and her understanding of how to create engaging, stimulating environments for children sets Kinder Learning Centres apart from the very first step inside.
Drew brings over 22 years of corporate and franchise experience, primarily from his time at Loblaw, to Kinder Learning Centres. His expertise in technology, business systems and franchise development gives Kinder the operational backbone to grow with confidence.
Driven by a passion for continual learning, Drew is known for breaking down complex concepts and for meticulous documentation — qualities that underpin Kinder’s comprehensive training, manuals and operational systems.
Together, Renae and Drew combine 25 years of childcare expertise with world-class business experience to build centres that families trust and children love.
