All childcare fees are prepaid for the following month. Invoice notifications are sent by email three days before the payment due date. Payments are automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month via the Kindertales parent portal.
A $50.00 fee applies to any payment returned NSF. If this persists beyond three months, the fee increases to $100.00 per returned payment.
Upon enrolment you’ll receive an email invitation to Kindertales. Payments are processed via Stripe. A 2.9% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. The web portal is only accessible on desktop — use the app on mobile.
