You’ll receive an email invitation to set up your Kindertales account when you enrol. Payments are automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month. A 2.9% Stripe processing fee applies to credit card payments.
The web portal is only accessible via desktop or laptop (not mobile browser). Use the app on your phone.

Ontario’s income-tested child care fee subsidy may be available to qualifying families at all of our locations. Subsidy amounts are determined by your local caseworker — contact them directly if you have concerns about your daily fee.
For Belleville families, Hastings County manages child care subsidy applications.
